Unfortunately, it isn’t true. In the UK and across most EU countries, at least in cities and large organisations, lunch breaks are about 1 hour at most and many people skip them as well. Plus, we don’t all eat fresh veg and red wine, we have large fast food chains here as well…

Well it is not the european diet, it is the mediterranean diet. And not everyone eats like that here
