Granddad keeps saying the government will use the census information for policy decisions. Caesar: So what happens if you mess with the census and Woodcrest suddenly has a lot more black folks? Huey: My guess is that Woodcrest will suddenly have a lot more police. Caesar: Yeesh! Never mind then.
