My grandson’s head is in the 83rd percentile for size, so I always kid him that he has a big noggin when he runs into something. I think he thinks it’s funny. (He’s two.)

When my younger Sister was little, she had a friend with a big head. I saw him when he had become a teenager, he had growen into it, and looked normal.
