Flo looks like she wants to compromise with a cricket bat.

It is is more that a compromise, it is a compliment. Keep it up Andy but remember to buy a helmet and packed lunch on the way home.

Be nice to Flo, even if she doesn’t keep you in a style in which you’d like to become accustomed to.

This whole thing sounds a little batty, but it’s funny. LOL

Andy always puts his best foot forward… He has a belfry between his ears so what else would he think or for that matter could he think of?

You always do enough to stay at the top of the “s” list Andy!

Sounds like a compromise to me…( but she is old… that makes her a old bat. ) I hope she has a cold beer in that purse for Andy when the get out of there. He earned it for going to that hopeless place.

Andy, being aware of Flo’s sensitivity about her age, has chosen to take the moral high road as usual.

Unlike most other people, Andy is well aware that bats are highly regarded. As a matter of fact, bats are worshiped as gods in some areas of India.

Residents of Kalyanpur Village in Bihars Vaishali district who value bats as gods, ensure that nobody dares to harm their bats. Bats are revered as divine entities there and worshipped to seek blessing for a long life.

What greater compliment can a man pay his wife than to refer to her as a bat?

    How about ‘dingbat’?

“Hey Edith, bring me a beer”.
