I love shark… better than swordfish

We used to catch sand sharks (By hand) that would get caught in small pool of water when the tide would go out. Cooked and dipped in melted butter with a pinch of garlic and a very cold beer… Hard to beat! So I agree rac0308 However that part about being better then swordfish? I’ll have to give that one some thought/taste test that is.
