Looks like they’re planning on corned beef & cabbage. So am I, but I think I’ll add Irish lamb stew to the menu, followed by some Irish coffee.

I was married to a Kincannon, and for St. Pat’s day made a dish called Concannon, Bacon, onions, shredded cabbage mixed into mashed potatoes. Probably have forgotten some ingredient, but Google will find it for you. We loved it.
