Around here we’ve got songbirds that do that. Have to put netting over all of the fruit trees and the vegetables. A few imported Indian ring-necked parakeets don’t help either.
I think they get bored or distracted and move on to the next one. They work really, really hard in our garden.
That’s why I stopped trying to grow tomatoes.
Getting ready for my first BLT of the season. Picked my first tomatoes a couple of days ago.
