Good luck getting decent reservations now. How would she feel about Denny’s?

Now there’s an idea! Take her to a cheap bar next door to a fancy restaurant, and say you could only get reservations for very late so you have to wait. Pour champage cocktails down her until 2:00 AM, and then go to Denny’s and tell her it’s Chez Denis.
