Congress designed the ACA. Which is the only way someone with an untreatable illness that rendered her mother and grandfather paraplegics, an autoimmune disease from her dadâs side, and several related illnesses can get coverage at all. I know. They raised my payment a hundred dollars a month a few times a year until it was not payable, and the meds that make me function I couldnât afford.

Big numbers are scary but ultimately meaningless. Letâs try this: More than 85% of Americans do have health insurance.
Not saying itâs perfect but it looks lots less scary doesnât it.
