ALA member libraries stopped keeping those records when the paranoids in Congress passed a law to let No Such Agency demand them at whim and criminalized telling the victim. No records, no fish.
Our llibraries in Tucson give you a list of all the books you’ve checked out but according to my local librarian, the librarians don’t have access to that list. It’s available only to the cardholder.

Mine too. Plus I get reminders when a book is due so I can renew if necessary.
