There’s a cafe in a small town not far from where I live (well, not far by Texas standards) that serves a dish called Chicken Fried Bacon. I haven’t tried it but it sounds good. My cardiologist would have a heart attack if I did.
I have a shirt with BaCoN, accept in periodic table format, in boxes and all. barium cobalt and nitrogen

Chicken fried bacon – dredged in batter and deep fried. Personally, I’d use Lard and serve with cathead biskits
