I once snored so loud, I woke myself.

For years I concealed from my wife the fact of her snoring; she recently took a trip to Savannah with her best friend and learned the painful truth.

My husband could rattle the windows with his snoring. We got a waterbed and that lowered the sound a bit. Now we’re back to a regular mattress, with egg crate foam pads on top. He hasn’t snored that much since then. Once in a while there is a slight snore, but otherwise, he’s sleeping better.

Witnessed by my parents and me, my wife woke herself with a snort (snores were a build-up.). She tried to blame it on the dog, who was outside at the time.
