This injury is also common with rural mailboxes. Lazy #(&*&% can’t even be bothered to walk out to the mailbox on the road so they park alongside it facing against traffic.
Drive-up ATM I used to go to included instructions and button labeling in braille. Always found it a little disturbing to contemplate the implications of that.

The same injury happens with small cars and tall drive thru windows.
