“Spare” me the puns……

I wouldn’t go up there and try to bowl him over, it might be better to give him the old soft shoe.

They’d better hope his mind’s in the gutter., or else none of them will be spared.

I wish you would all “spare” me the puns. I feel like lining you all up for a “turkey” shoot.

It’s a good thing there are 10 of them. If there were only 9 they could be arrested (depending on where they live). Tough if they are nice they might be able to strike up a conversation with their neighbor.

I see their point – that ball has a holier than thou attitude. He should be roundly condemned. But it won’t help – he’ll just keep merrily rolling along.

As Walter Sobchak might say,“Pins, you are entering a world of pain!”

He’s going to tell them he doesn’t want to mess his place up so he will meet them in the alley.
