Rover, Frankenstein is on Creature Feature tonight! You game?! Excellent! I'll get my PJs on and grab the rubber cement from my wine cork collection. It's alive! It's alive!... It's alive!!
This reminds me of one memorable Saturday night. My BFF in all things fantastical — owning horses in particular — came for a sleep-over. We took the kitchen table into the living room, set it on its side and made it into a tent facing the TV and watched “Macabre” in the wee hours, followed by her favorite, Saturday Night Wrestling. “Macabre” is still one of my favorite creep-outs.
