In the 1950s, the United States Air Force drew up secret plans to detonate a nuclear bomb on the moon. In June 2014, a British Guiana one cent stamp from 1865 sold for $9.6 million at an auction- the most expensive stamp in the world! A Megaloptera (type of flying insect) discovered recently in Sichuan, China, is thought to be the largest aquatic insect on earth, with a wingspan of over 8 inches.
