Laura: "Beware the ides of March". Clayton: Didn't we have this talk yesterday? Laura: But today is "the day". It's a famous line from Shakespeare... ...A soothsayer was warning Caesar of his impending doom. Clayton: What's that have to do with breakfast? Laura: Oh, I'm just being silly. Adam: (I wouldn't risk eating those pancakes. Better hand them to me.)

That also means that Clayton should beware of any friendly strangers in black sedans.

LittleYipScream, Caesar wasn’t knifed in the back, he was knifed in the Forum (by those who were Againstum).
It wasn’t this Forum, of course. It was the International Forum of Pancakes. It was really messy, because the conspirators used the knives which were at hand, and they weren’t terribly sharp. (I mean the knives, not the conspirators. The conspirators weren’t very sharp, either, but they were keen.)
That’s why you should always share your pancakes with anybody who wants them, if you know what’s good for you. Yond Adam has a lean and hungry look. (Well, hungry, anyway.) Such men are dangerous.
