Mighty Mouse (rat). He’s holding that heavy window pane too easily.

Probably the best strip from them in a long time. The addition of the fourth wall causes Pig to think "OMG! I’m going to be a smart, serious teenager who prefers to listen to Eurovision music in my next life! (Me)

You’re supposed to chant as you look through it: “Romper, Stomper, Bomper, Boo, Tell Me, Tell Me, Tell Me, Do.”

The opposite of “slow glass” in science fiction, as in the 1966 short story “Light of Other Days” by Bob Shaw.

That dumb Pig saw through “The Window of the Future”, that he married Pigita, after all.

It always boggles my mind (which ain’t all that difficult) to think that everything we see, everything, happened in the past. Light might be darn fast, but it isn’t infinitely fast. So whatever image you are seeing took some amount of time to reach your eyes.

As Twain said, suicide would be far more common if people could know what their future would be in advance.
