I have yet to see a webcomic by anyone as young as Phoebe. I think 15 is the lower limit.

Pastis has some pretty good but corny puns, yeah… but Shoe is the godfather of puns if you don’t consider Statler & Waldorf, the two heckler from the Muppets.

Comic strips like that are cartoonists’ bread and butter.
