    And like they say here in Atlanta, when you come to a blinking traffic signal (which is red on both ends), always treat it as a four-way stop.

    Not in the Chicago area. They all have ticket cameras attached to them. Couldn’t make any money with blinking yellows.

    Speaking from experience, Joe’s right. While flashing red is equal to a stop sign, most early-morning lights down here in Texas are flashing yellow: Reduce speed and go ahead.
