funny – i remember one guy who called us asking for the moron who sent the truck and we passed him around until he hung up. sound non business like??? well he was angry because our truck showed up early and he wasn’t ready for it. and no it wasn’t a cement truck, it was building material and our driver told him he would gladly wait but the ‘customer’ was incensed that he was early and wanted the ‘moron’ in charge of scheduling.
