And whomever follows of which ever party will continue thusly.
If there’s anything that presidents from both parties tend to agree on, it’s that the US should always feel free to project its imperial power, militarily or otherwise. They might have slightly different ways of doing it, but that sense of having a right to act outside our borders at will (beyond the strictures of realpolitik) doesn’t differ.
