Rip Haywire: We've spotted burglars in the backyard of Wilson's house... Fred Finkle: The Wilson's are on vacation. Rip Haywire: Ok, commander, it's your patrol... you lead. Frank Finkle: Well, uh... since you've done all the groundwork, it'd be rude of me to butt in.

The main purpose of a neighborhood watch is to scare burglars off, not catch them. Then again, Rip’s in charge of this one. Someone dial a 9 and a 1.
