it's true. i used to know a guy who fed squirrels.
I only feel the need to feed them when the snow has covered the ground….
I would move on when the birds would come around except for a singular Blue Jay; they don’t seem to flock together.
We used to toss feed off the swim platform on our boat and watch the birds (usually gills) and the fish (usually carp) compete for a meal…
