Eating candy? Hollowing leftovers... It's a dirty job, but somebody has to do it... Well, I guess it's better than throwing it all... Hey! Hold on. We didn't have any leftovers! I put the bowl outside last night and it got picked clean! Leftovers? But we didn't have... Left over on the shelves when I went to the Rite Aid drugstore this morning....

That’s right … November 1, Cheap Chocolate Day!

Since I only eat good healthy chocolate (that kids mostly don’t like), I’ll have to pass the rest of my candy from last night to one of the neighbors with kids.
At least my costume was fun- everybody liked my hat and I had one of the neighbors take a photo showing off my lace top thigh-high black stockings. Got fun comments on my FB too – LOL!

I am at odds over Moondog, whose move was smooth but whose reasoning is sophistic. I suppose it is his use of the word “leftovers” that is troubling….

I remember many an after Easter bunny slaughter. The store was across the street from work. The solid chocolate bunnies started out at fifty cents each and by the start of the next work week were down to 2 $0.25. … It was a fine slaughter. A sugar buzz that lasted all day, every day for a couple of weeks.

Thanksgiving was 3 weeks ago. The Christmas candy is now up. Just wish they would wait until after Remembance Day (Nov 11th)
