LOL-When I first looked at this comic, I thought the guy was reaching into a clothes dryer. I guess chores are on my mind more than I thought. After all, Monday used to be the day to do your washing. If I remember correctly, Tuesdays were for ironing and Wednesdays were for mending (sewing). The saying should be updated to “Do the laundry on the day you run out of clean underwear”.

There was an old movie or tv show where the safe was hidden behind a framed picture of the safe, but with the door closed.
