It is indeed punishing to be confronted with proof that one is lying. It’s why conservatives hate The Daily Show.

Arguing with Bucky is probably like arguing with Nancy Pelosi. “Petition? Never heard of it. I don’t know what you mean. Let’s put this aside.”

I’ve taken Rob’s role in similar conversations with my children…and gotten a similar response.

This toon comes too close to drawing a parallel between Bucky and Oboma. The similarities are staggering. I don’t like it.
