Pi r 2
Teacher: Can anyone tell me what "Pi R squared" means?
Teacher: Hurricane Hattie?
Hurricane Hattie O'Hara: Beats me...
Teacher: Every pie I ever saw was round!
Different cultures used different values for pi. E.g. The ancient Hebrews used 3 not 3.14… You can find it in the Biblical account of the construction of the tabernacle.
I like pie…pi not so much..Brother in law likes to say..“I can prove 2 times 2 equals five”I just ignore him after I tell him..“have another beer Bob”..

When we don’t use it every day we tend to forget a lot of our math. 2 Pi r = Circumference, Pi r squared = Area.
