@drkala Jane stopped to top off “just in case”. As a lifelong offroader, you learn to top off the tank early on. You never know when you might have to use a lot of gas trying to get unstuck. And you really never know when you might get lost in unfamiliar territory. Having to spend the night stuck in the desert gets cold, so you make sure you have the option of the heater. (I grew up in the desert she’s in)
