It’s when the dog forgets they’re wearing their blue vest and their human is using canes that gets interesting- though had some interesting moments when I was using my chair too. Like when she wondered why she was on my other side all of a sudden- as we walked with others on the paved path around the pond at the park. One of those gradual depth increases things so wouldn’t have fallen, but still wanted to be pulled away from it if she went fast. And luckily not a breed interested in ducks! (other than the one for playing fetch since obviously I’m not walking her much in bad weather)

As an elder(ish) dog, I’m not so interested in squirrels anymore. I could never catch them anyway. I’ll tolerate cats but cats don’t know how to play properly. However, if I see a new possible dog friend, I’m thrilled!
