I was on a turboprop flight once where the flight attendant announced, “We are just over the safe weight limit; unless one of you wishes to voluntarily transfer to another flight, we will have to randomly choose one of you to take another flight.”
did anyone other than me get this? its nothing to do with the luggage, its to do with the in-flight thanksgiving meal everyone just ate.
