As opposed to the Democrats, who are investing in future Dem. voters. .btw, I never see any outreach to Cubans…? All Latin America except Cuba – and how do they vote once they get here?
In Vegas, Obama just made a valid point: what about Ukrainians, Poles, Haitians, and others also not having appropriate “documentation” residing here? The ‘toon indeed fits reality. Then there’s “wet foot-dry foot” Ted Cruz who’s got his (and gave up at least temporarily) his dual citizenship as a Cuban/Canadian/“American”, well North American I guess, but doesn’t want anybody else to have his shot at the dream.
Apparently sclark thinks that the Dreamers and their families will be able to vote. They can’t. Only congress can do that, as Obama has often said. And younger Cubans are abandoning the Republican party, just like scientists, workers, and a lot of other people whose livelihoods and families are being destroyed by the Republican anti-fact, anti-growth, anti-middle-class agenda.

It would be nice if someone in Congress would utter the phrase ‘hiring of illegals’.
’Course, they would probably be ushered out immediately by the sgt-at-arms.
