Happy Thanksgiving to all Ten Cats readers who are celebrating today!

I know Thanksgiving is a happy day for all of you, but I need to say that 2 years ago today, my grandson and his fiancee lost their first baby. She was 7 1/2 months pregnant and the placenta detached. We almost lost her along with the baby. Baby was a gorgeous little girl. When my daughter said she would be our little spirit, watching over us, we thought of the perfect name, Gwenwyfar, which is Welsh for White Spirit. My little spirit, I know you are safe with both your great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather watching over you. Tell Poppa Tom to teach you to fish and Grand-pere to read you lots of stories. Tommy, Daddy, please help our little spirit to watch over the family and keep us safe.

Good morning all! Had to stop in to say Happy Thanksgiving to you. Hope you have a great meal!If its not thanksgiving where you are, then enjoy it anyway!(its 2 below zero farenheit here and I am freezing when I go outside, but the grands wanted help building a snowman, so what could I do? – lol -)
