Actually, it’s the republican party that is relying on old white guys to stay in power; they’ll be gone a lot sooner than their progressive children..As for the rest of you, I don’t think Lalo is being complimentary by calling republicans “Royal”…

Warren is threatening to shut the government down
Says only a bunch of far-right-wing news outlets. On the other hand, it’s interesting that all those Republicans who talk in public about how much they hate bank bailouts just made sure to include language in the spending bill that will ensure a higher possibility of bank bailouts. Seems like they care a lot more about their Citibank friends than they do an actual budget. Judging by their deeds, they’re still firmly ensconced in the pockets of their rich paymasters.
