I can remember my first stand up gig MY jokes were strong... My tongue firmly in cheek,,, ...so no one could make out what I was saying.
It’s usually much better that way!
People used to laugh at Horace when he said he was going to be a comedian, but nobody’s laughing now!
I have been to comedy clubs where it would be better if the so called comedian would place his/her tongue in their cheek….Then bite it completely off!
