A blast from the past, back when the subversives were red-blooded American patriots who cared where the country was headed and talked about it instead of buying an automatic and shooting up their town. A time when comics and topical songwriters still believed humor and words could steer the country’s direction effectively. It’s a shame that the sheeple would rather listen to and follow inane tweets than think before they vote. Is your Congress working for you by adding riders to a bill to continue funding essential government functions that reduce spending on education? No. To remove restrictions on Big Banks’ activities so soon after they needed a bailout (that WE paid for) only a few years ago? No. The cute part about THAT one is that it was actually written by Citibank’s legal team. Who’s running this funny farm, anyway?

It’s not supposed to taste good; just be cool to do.
