According to this chart, 8 ounces of milk chocolate may sicken a 50-pound dog, whereas a dog of the same size can be poisoned by as little as 1 ounce of Baker’s chocolate. The comment about “body weight in chocolate” is horrifically wrong and gives people a false sense of security. Never allow dogs to get anywhere near chocolate for any reason.
Oh good grief, does someone have to bring this up EVERY time? We ALL know chocolate is bad for dogs, it’s a comic strip from the 50s! Just let one go, please!
