I was told that waitresses can improve the tip percentage by casually touching a male customer. Something as simple as a touch on the shoulder. Looks harmless, but I guess we males assume something in that gesture. Not a big surprise, really.
I was once served by a waitress who poured my coffee and stood in such a way that I got a full view down her cleavage, even a nipple. She must’ve practiced at it. It wasn’t subtle. Tip? I can’t recall how much.

You are obviously not American! In the U.S., 15% is customary for average service.
