Anyone else would be offended by this, but a plugger knows how to make the vet happy. He has a zip lock bag with a fresh stool sample from the dog ready for the parasite test. A vet will smile, shake his hand, and say “Thank You!”.
Our vet wrote a prescription for one of our dogs, Range, once and we had it filled at a local chain pharmacy. A few weeks later Range Smith got his own letter from the pharmacy with his discount card in it. We still have it; it sits with his remembrance on our shelf of Rainbow Bridge residents.
Don’t know if you will check back to see this, but to get a urine sample from a cat is easy. The vet gives you lab litter which is plastic beads that replace the regular litter. You then put the pee in a clean bottle or the vet. The plastic beads won’t soak up the pee like regular litter does. Piece of cake!
