A runner can advance from his current base after a flyball is caught, by “tagging up”. The runner runs the risk of being thrown out trying to advance.
“Tagging up” is the act of “tagging”/touching your current base after the fielder has caught the flyball. The runner can only advance after the catch is made. Leave too soon and the runner can be forced out.
Most common tagging up is for a runner at 3rd base to advance home when a fly ball is hit deep enough into the out field.
For 2 runners to tag up an score, the ball took a very long time to get back into the infield.

I suspect that Bailey still has the ball in his glove. After all, it’s probably the first one he’s ever caught, and he’s gonna keep it!

She sure looks like she still has it in the glove.
