Remember the price of roses skyrockets as we close in on Valentines day but the price of lottery tickets never changes. Odds of winning is next to zippo.

It could be a rather clever idea. You can get lottery tickets that are mostly red and green, and the ‘bouquet’ will provide some entertainment value. Pretend it was a well thought out plan and not last minute desperation.

Almost as good as some firelighters and an, erm, “educational” magazine. Maybe some limp flowers re-purposed from a nearby graveyard if he got to the garage early enough.

Ooooo, I’d take THAT! Doesn’t go straight to the hips like chocolate…

Valentine’s day isn’t important to guys but big with the gals so the guys are forced to get roses, etc. or they’ll end up in the doghouse.

I’m guessing the J. Geils song was “Love Stinks”?
