In the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s they all had vacuum tubes and created GREAT heat [my mom cooked a few plants/flowers on there]. Then came solid state. Much cooler but still quite warm. Now here we are today. Much cooler, just warm.

I always used to think guys preferred models that weren’t so flat.
