So true Doc. A lot of things don’t occur to youth, because they don’t have a point of reference. People cannot fully understand the effects of aging until they get older and experience it for themselves. Then it’s ‘Oh, now I know what my parents’ mean about getting old’.

My step mother (in her 80s) often talks about her aches and pains……. I tell her that I’ve felt the same way for the last 20 years.
