Same thing happened to me about six years ago when my wife and I moved to a different parish. Within a week or two after registering, we were advised that the pastor wanted to talk to us. “This sounds like a trip to the principal’s office,” I told my wife. As we left our discussion with the pastor, I said to my wife, “I was right: A trip to the principal’s office.”

Even bigger question: If the principal wants to talk to Herb about something other than the student why does Herb have to go the principal?
