They are great fun and loving. They do eat a lot. Bathing can take a long time. The biggest draw back is knowing that they won’t live very long. My parents Great Dane is the only dog that they have ever allowed to sleep on their bed with them. He is 2 yrs old and they just adopted him 2 months ago. The best part is when he freaks people out by standing up and his whole head appears above their 6’ privacy fence and they aren’t expecting it. But all he wants in this world is affection.
