Gary best not step back, Sport left one of his holdings on the lawn.

Gary’s Grandmother started the family tradition of “Holdings Surveying” thing….

Two (2) 146 sq. ft. each, partially fenced front lawns, green … though the grass is always greener in whichever is across the two tiny fences from the one he’s standing in, of course)

One (1) 1030 sq. ft, fenced rear yard, green, except in a few brownish-tan patches he blames on Sport.

Approximately 772 total sq. ft, paved areas, concrete, grey, including but not limited to driveway, front sidewalk, front walkway, rear walkway, and small rear patio.

One (1) 1123 sq. ft. house, green w/ brown trim.

One (1) head livestock, canine, tan, 62 lbs.

One (1) car, 2001, Ford, Crown Victoria, cream, 87,372 miles.(Bought two years, three months before he retired, after 25 years as a CPA at Ballard Bookkeeping and Bagels.)

One (1) wife, female, grey haired, brown-eyed, 183.5 lbs, though she always says "139! And don’t call me a holding! "

One (1) car for wife’s use, 1999, Ford, Escort wagon, champagne, 29,401 miles, new tires for Christmas.

Gary smiles in satisfaction.

At 11;13 pm, Gary wakes from a fitful sleep, turns on his reading lamp, and picks up his bedside pencil… and his list.

Trying not to wake Nancy, he quickly adds. “One (1) 423 sq. ft. 2-car garage, including workshop area, green with brown trim.”

Ah… he knew he’d forgotten something.Now sleep will not elude him.

Monkey. I’m so glad you liked my balloon hat…. I kinda had you in mind when I chose it.
