Reed Hoover has been credited with at least SIX pluggers so far. Hooray for Reed!

If only it was true, this panel would be much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, ‘pluggers’ don’t generally have their pets spayed and neutered.

I don’t agree with you, conean! I am a Plugger and all of my pets (I currently have 6) have been spayed or neutered.

conean, if you really think that, you don’t know a single Plugger. We all have our pets spayed or neutered unless we are planning to breed them. Pluggers, unlike many pet owners, have a social conscience.

We took in a long-haired stray cat, and named her Lucy. Then we took her to the vet to be spayed, and found out we needed to change “her” name–to Kevin.

I think we were born pluggers and we’ve always had our pets neutered/spayed because we didn’t want a hundred of them. Pluggers ain’t stupid!

So, is this the Plugger equivalent of a vasectomy? In fact, who says which animals get to be Pluggers and which ones get to be pets? Equal rights for all animals!

I had my (now 8 year old dog) spayed when she was about 5 months old. We weren’t planning on breeding her and didn’t want any accidental puppies. We’re firm believers in responsible pet ownership.

Man, this one didn’t generate very many responses, did it? LOL
