This reminds me of a comedy routine about the idiot newscaster warning everyone else to stay indoors during a hurricane. The comic laid sideways on a stool as if he were being blown in the wind, holding on to the mic stand for dear life and telling his viewers how stupid anyone would be to go out in that weather.
