dad: i've really been enjoying listening to the ol' record collection... but now vinyl is in! it makes me feel like some kind of hipster doofus! i have to go back and find another way to listen to music, before it becomes retro-cool! mom: too bad you took those b-tracks you found in the basement and super glued them into a coffee table! dad: well, that settles it!! wax cylinders it is! thatababy: turkey in the straw! turkey in the hay!

I put all my vinyl onto cassette tapes years ago (they don’t skip when my elephantine family “tip-toes” around the house). Seems cassettes are just as “old fashioned”, but not at all “hip” again.
