A phone survey on phone surveys might actually be the only kind of phone survey it’d be willing to do, if only because it’s a phone survey I’d be legitimately interested in seeing the results to.But any phone sruvey can’t be terribly accurate anyway, with a probably low participation rate, and with skewy results (especially if you’re like my dad, who likes to give them funny answers so to deliberately skew with the results).

Does the survey also tell Horace how many people have air horns?

It doesn’t matter what hour the phone survey call arrives, it will be hated. If the call comes in on a cell phone, the recipient has to pay for it. -I still keep my land line, since I need it for my security system (and after a hurricane, most of our cell towers are gone). When I get a call with ‘unknown’ number, I usually don’t even bother to answer. But because some of my friends aren’t listed, I’ll pick up the phone. If there is no immediate response to my ‘hello’, I just hang up, because I know it’s a survey that was started by a remote dialer, and if I stay on the line, I’ll be connected to someone in a foreign country whose accent will be strong enough that I won’t be able to understand most of the questions. (That’s been my experience, anyway…)
